Eclipse Computing has manufacturing,
test and technical support facilities, which are to ISO9001
standard. Technical support is available from Eclipse Computing
either on-site or by telephone/e-mail depending on requirements.
This service is available Monday – Friday, 9am –
5pm.
We have senior support engineers who are trained to repair to
board and system level. They are also able to diagnose faults
involving software drivers and operating systems. Due to our
close working relationships with various manufacturers, we are
able to call upon the expertise of technical support groups
within these organisations.
As a Scottish based organisation all engineering and technical
backup, including our extensive stock of spares are located
at our office in Ayrshire. These not only include board level
spares but also complete subsystems to allow swap out of complete
units if required. |
